20 ml IVF medium in glass bottle, Prod. No. 5.06.020

Suitable for culture in 4WP dishes with 500 μl/well or in 100 μl drops An overlay of Stroebech Oil must be used to avoid evaporation

The medium is Sodium Bicarbonate buffered and requires CO
2 equilibration

The medium is ready-to-use and does not need any supplements Medium should be preheated to 38.8°C prior to use

Essential and non-essential amino acids, PHE (Penicillamine, Hypotaurine, Epinephrine), Heparin, Albumin, Sodium Pyruvate, Inorganic Salts, Essential and Non-Essential Amino Acids, Ca-L-Lactate, Sodium Bicarbonate, ALA-Glutamine, Glucose, Phenol Red, and Gentamycin

Storage

  • handled aseptically and is kept refrigerated after opening
  • Discard unused medium if it has been warmed
