Overview
The Calibre Scientific PiezoXpert is a high-performance piezo-assisted micromanipulation system designed to enable precise cell penetration for microinjection and advanced micromanipulation applications. By delivering piezo impulses directly to the capillary without any loss of intensity, the system supports efficient and controlled perforation of the cell membrane, improving accuracy and consistency during delicate procedures.
Piezo-assisted micromanipulation enhances outcomes across a wide range of research applications, including the transfer of embryonic and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells into blastocysts and morulae, microinjection into mammalian oocytes and zygotes such as Piezo-ICSI, and enucleation and nuclear transfer techniques.
The Calibre Scientific PiezoXpert is fully compatible with Calibre Scientific micromanipulators, providing a seamless integrated solution for micromanipulation workflows.
