TOX IVOS® II CASA System
TOX IVOS II is a fully automated, high-precision sperm analysis platform widely recognised as a leading solution for Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA).
Description
The system enables comprehensive semen assessment, including sperm concentration and count, alongside detailed motility analysis covering progressive, non-progressive, and static movement classifications. Advanced kinematic measurements are also captured to provide accurate evaluation of sperm motion characteristics.
For more than three decades, Hamilton Thorne has supported pharmaceutical and reproductive research laboratories involved in developmental and reproductive toxicology (DART) studies across multiple species. The TOX IVOS II system is designed to deliver objective, standardised, and highly reproducible analytical data, helping researchers generate reliable results with reduced operator variability and improved confidence in study outcomes.
