Equine - Oocyte Holding Medium

For holding of oocytes prior to maturation 

20 ml medium in glass bottle

For holding of oocytes to postpone maturation

Oocyte Holding must be supplemented with 10% -20% serum 

Medium should be preheated to 22 °C prior to use

The medium is HEPES buffered and does not require CO₂ equilibration
