We built the whole company around high level, lower cost laboratory service provision. Our team are well versed in installing, fixing, preventing and managing customer assets across life science laboratories.
Our team has been hand picked, and for one reason or another, all of them have life experience and understand why what you do is so important.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
We can take responsibility for your service needs across the equipment range and life cycle. We manage, coordinate and schedule all the works in a best fit effort to prevent issues before they turn critical.
Testing & Repairs
Our team of engineers are able to check, repair and test many pieces of equipment in our own workshop. We are the global service support arm for several of our key brands with equipment arriving to us from all over the world.
Training
We have on site training for products and servicing with a core speciality in Microscopy. Our in house training area in lovely Cornwall can be adapted to suit individual or group requirements throughout the year.
