Teamwork
Rob - Managing Director
Rob is the Owner of Synergy. His main role is steering the company ship, researching new products and ventures, and working closely with clinics to help them progress. He spends a good portion of his time off site, visiting suppliers and clinics.
When not at work Rob enjoys fishing and spending time on the sea.
Nicki - Finance Director
Nicki is our Director of finance. She overseas all purchasing, invoicing, all manages all the day to day in the office. With a scientific background Nicki gets involved in technical sales drawing upon her previous life as a Science teacher.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family at the beach.
Colin - Service Manager
Colin is our service expert, responsible for organising service, repairs, and installations. Colin has extensive knowledge of our servicing and organises our sub contractors and testing facilities.
In his free time, you can find Colin enjoying a curry, watching Leeds United play or listening to Prince.
Sam - Service Support
Sam deals with product service support and assists you with your general business enquiries and requests.
Outside of the office he enjoys going to the gym and listening to music.
Anita - Office Support
Anita manages your consumable orders and is also responsible for invoicing and handling general enquiries.
When she's not working Anita loves nothing more than spending time at the beach and listening to Pearl Jam.
Matthew - Office Assistant
Matt can turn his hand to most tasks in the office and also supports with general enquiries.
When he's not in the office, Matt likes to go on long walks with his dog Merlin and tinker in his shed.
Judith - Sales & Regulatory
Judith oversees our technical sales and the MHRA / regulatory affairs side of the business. Originally a native of Germany, she helps us maintain our Global connections and ensures solid European relations with our supply chain and partners.
Outside of work, Judith loves to bake, explore the Cornish countryside, and visit her friends and family in Germany.
Amy - Sales & Marketing
Amy in involved in sales & marketing strategy and delivery. She also deals with general sales enquires.
Outside of work she loves to be on the beach with her family or racing on her Dart 18 catamaran.
Rocket & Ezra - Wellbeing Officers
Rocket & his little brother Ezra are our Wellbeing Officers and are always keen for a walk or sofa hang out.
When not at work they enjoy runs on the beach and games of tug of war with Rockets flamingo.
Field Based Service Team
Below are our service engineers and technicians that you will see in your labs. From time to time, depending on the work you require, we also use sub contractors as they may be the best person for your job.
Rob - Engineer (UK)
Whilst not in the thick of running the company Rob still very much enjoys being hands on. There is not much he has not been trained on.
Office based, he covers all clinics and enjoys the travel and the "rambling" lifestyle.
Rick - Engineer (UK)
Rick has been involved with our service engineering since the early days and has been trained by the top names in the industry and is our "go to guy" for all things incubator engineering.
Remote from the office and based in the South he enjoy time on the coast in his spare time.
Simon - Technician (London)
Remote from the office and based in the North London area, Simon is known as our City Boy.
Trained by IVFtech in Denmark, ESCO in Lithuania and Synergy Life Sciences team, his expertise in the engineering and technical support field are excellent.
Dale - Engineer (South)
Dale has been working with us for many years and is well trained in a variety of equipment.
Based in the South with easy access to London and the East of England he is able to cover a good portion of clinics.
Gary - Technician (North)
Gary was trained initially in the forces to tried and tested methodologies. Later he has trained with ESCO Life Sciences and then within the Synergy Life Sciences team. He brings a wealth of planning and objective setting experience.
Based in the far North of the UK he is often seen the Scottish clinics and laboratories.
