Rob is the Owner of Synergy. His main role is steering the company ship, researching new products and ventures, and working closely with clinics to help them progress.  He spends a good portion of his time off site, visiting suppliers and clinics.

When not at work Rob enjoys fishing and spending time on the sea.

Nicki is our Director of Finance and General Manager. She overseas all purchasing, invoicing, and manages all the day to day in the office. With a scientific background Nicki gets involved in technical sales drawing upon her previous life as a Science teacher.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family at the beach.

Adrian's role is to drive commercial growth by shaping strategy, building high‑value partnerships, and converting market insights into sustainable opportunities.

Outside of work Adrian likes to spending as much time as possible outdoors, walking the dog or gardening. He is a keen photographer (but still has a lot to learn).

Amy looks after everything from sales strategy to day-to-day enquiries, helping clinics find the right IVF equipment and consumables. She's also the one who plans and organises all the training courses we host in our Training Lab in Cornwall.

Outside of work she loves to be on the beach with her family, exploring in her campervan or racing on her Dart 18 catamaran.

Judith oversees our technical sales and the MHRA / regulatory affairs side of the business. Originally a native of Germany, she helps us maintain our Global connections and ensures solid European relations with our supply chain and partners.

Outside of work, Judith loves to bake, explore the Norwegian countryside (she works remotely from there!), and visit her friends and family in Germany.

Anita manages your consumable orders (thank her for your Haribo!) and is also responsible for invoicing and handling general enquiries.

When she's not working Anita loves nothing more than spending time at the beach and listening to Pearl Jam. 

Sam manages all your equipment servicing and assists you with your general business enquiries and requests. 

He organises all your installation bookings and planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Outside of the office he enjoys going to the gym and listening to music.

Nils supports the office by helping out with the service administration, creating detailed reports, and jumping into projects whenever an extra pair of hands is needed.

Outside of work, Nils enjoys hiking with his family and spending the occasional day out on the golf course, making the most of the sun when it does decide to peak out.

Eve supports the sales team with order processing and a range of general office tasks and mini projects, working closely with Anita and Nicki to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Eve is happiest by the sea and enjoys paddleboarding and swimming whenever she gets the chance. She has a keen interest in antiques and restores Art Deco and Victorian door furniture, bringing original pieces back to life.  

Rocket is Head of Security and alerts us to every delivery person entering the building - he takes his role very seriously.

When not at work he enjoys runs on the beach and games of tug of war with Ezra with his flamingo.

Ezra is our Wellbeing Officer and is always keen for a walk or sofa hangout.

When not at work, he loves to run on the beach and get belly rubs from his family.

Whilst not in the thick of running the company Rob still very much enjoys being hands on. There is not much he has not been trained on.

Office based for the day-to-day but he covers all clinics across UK & Ireland and enjoys the travel and the "rambling" lifestyle.

Rick has been involved with our service engineering since the early days and has been trained by the top names in the industry and is our "go to guy" for all things incubator engineering.

Remote from the office and based in the South he enjoy time on the coast in his spare time.

Remote from the office and based in the North London area, Simon is known as our City Boy.

Trained by IVFtech in Denmark, ESCO in Lithuania and Synergy Life Sciences team, his expertise in the engineering and technical support field are excellent.

Dale has been working with us for many years and is well trained in a variety of equipment.

Based in the South with easy access to London and the East of England he is able to cover a good portion of clinics.

Matt is remote from the office travels across the UK to ensure your labs are running smoothly. He is well-trained on a wide range of lab equipment.

When not at work he enjoys travelling, gardening and discovering historic sites.
