Rob is the Owner of Synergy. His main role is steering the company ship, researching new products and ventures, and working closely with clinics to help them progress.  He spends a good portion of his time off site, visiting suppliers and clinics.

When not at work Rob enjoys fishing and spending time on the sea.

Nicki is our Director of Finance and General Manager. She overseas all purchasing, invoicing, and manages all the day to day in the office. With a scientific background Nicki gets involved in technical sales drawing upon her previous life as a Science teacher.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family at the beach.

Amy looks after everything from sales strategy to day-to-day enquiries, helping clinics find the right IVF equipment and consumables. She's also the one who plans and organises all the training courses we host in our Training Lab in Cornwall.

Outside of work she loves to be on the beach with her family or racing on her Dart 18 catamaran.

Judith oversees our technical sales and the MHRA / regulatory affairs side of the business. Originally a native of Germany, she helps us maintain our Global connections and ensures solid European relations with our supply chain and partners.

Outside of work, Judith loves to bake, explore the Norwegian countryside (she works remotely from there!), and visit her friends and family in Germany.

Sam manages all your equipment servicing and assists you with your general business enquiries and requests. 

He organises all your installation bookings and planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Outside of the office he enjoys going to the gym and listening to music.

Anita manages your consumable orders (thank her for your Haribo!) and is also responsible for invoicing and handling general enquiries.

When she's not working Anita loves nothing more than spending time at the beach and listening to Pearl Jam. 

Whilst not in the thick of running the company Rob still very much enjoys being hands on. There is not much he has not been trained on.

Office based for the day-to-day but he covers all clinics across UK & Ireland and enjoys the travel and the "rambling" lifestyle.

Rick has been involved with our service engineering since the early days and has been trained by the top names in the industry and is our "go to guy" for all things incubator engineering.

Remote from the office and based in the South he enjoy time on the coast in his spare time.

Remote from the office and based in the North London area, Simon is known as our City Boy.

Trained by IVFtech in Denmark, ESCO in Lithuania and Synergy Life Sciences team, his expertise in the engineering and technical support field are excellent.
