Description
This machine is equipped with a single-layer Teflon-coated staining carousel that individually positions slides to prevent cross-contamination. It can simultaneously handle 16 slides and accommodates 10 reagent bottles with a capacity of 500 mL each. On average, reagent consumption is 2.5-3 mL per slide.
Users can choose from up to 10 staining programs, including the three most common options: Pap, Modified Pap, and Diff-Quik Staining. The centrifugal speed is adjustable between 100-300 rpm, and results can be viewed on a 7-inch touch screen. For safety, a lid interlock mechanism that ensures secure operation. Maintenance is simplified with a built-in gradienter for balance detection, auto-checking of reagent levels at startup, and automatic cleaning upon shutdown.
The machine offers a fully automated experience from startup checks and staining to centrifuging and self-cleaning. It delivers a high degree of customization, efficiently staining 16 slides concurrently using an injection mode that conserves reagents and eliminates the chance of cross-contamination.
