Staining Solution for the Maturity of Spermatozoan Nucleoprotein (Aniline Blue-Eosin Staining)
Description
The CARIAD Staining Solution for the Maturity of Spermatozoan Nucleoprotein (Aniline Blue-Eosin Staining) is designed to evaluate sperm maturity.
Description
Through the staining of sperm nucleoprotein, it aids in assessing the occurrence of nucleoprotein transition. Upon application, immature sperm heads are distinctly colored blue, while mature sperm heads appear red, simplifying evaluations. Aniline blue serves as a standard test to determine chromatin condensation in sperm DNA. The solution remains stable for up to 12 months when stored at 2-8℃, and maintains its efficacy for 15 days at 2-8℃ after being opened.
